Building partially collapses during heavy rain in Kentucky
Officials were responding to a rescue call when the building partially collapsed.

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WSMV) - A portion of a building partially collapsed in Hopkinsville due to heavy rain on Friday morning, according to WKDZ radio.
Hopkinsville Firefighters told WKDZ they were called to a driver trapped in their car on East 14th Street. WKDZ said officials were able to get the driver out of the knee-high water.
As they were responding to the water rescue, the building on South Clay Street partially collapsed.
WKDZ said officials reported no injuries in either incident. Both roads were blocked on Friday morning.
Crews responded to other disabled vehicles in the high water on North Drive and East 9th Street.
